Welcome Back Paige!
I realize I took quite a bit of time off from blogging about Paige. To be honest, I didn't think that many people were interested in this blog and those that were likely saw Paige on a regular basis anyway but it was pointed out to me that people were asking about it.
So, it's back.
So much has happened since my last post that it's difficult to know where to start, so let's just start new.
Paige has obviously grown and changed a great deal in the past oh...say...8 months since my last post. Her vocabulary continues to grow, along with her personality. We recently spent some time camping in Waskesiu in the Prince Alberta National Park in Saskatchewan. I thought I would post a few pictures of her to bring people up to speed.
During our camping trip we did a few hikes. In the picture above we were hiking Boundary Bog with Jodi's parents. There were 11 stops along the 2km hike with signs explaining different parts of the bog and what to look for. After the first few stops Paige took it upon herself to explain why we had stopped. Not always correct, but always entertaining.
I started playing with the portrait setting on my iPhone so during the same hike I had to snap a picture of Paige enjoying herself. As she has grown she has started posing more for pictures. In the background is the boardwalk we hiked along.
I think everyone at this point knows how much Paige loves parks. There was a great park in Waskesiu right on the beach and we went there almost every single day. It was amazing to watch how she moved around the various parts of the park without fear. She loves monkey bars and although she can't move through them like the bigger kids that doesn't stop her from trying. In the above picture you can tell I'm more concerned about her hanging there than she is.
Well, that's it for this post. I promise to commit one day every week to post something knew about Paige for those of you who read this blog. I can't wait to see how much she grows and changes, and I hope you can't either.
